What started as the world’s first crowdfunded festival seven years ago, turned into a 4-day flagship festival in Berlin and a series of event chapters around the world. We’ve just delivered our 7th festival edition in June 2018 for 21,000 attendees with 100+ Satellite events from across Berlin city, and our Conference covering 6 stages, 24 themes, 10 formats, 100+ Exhibitors at the Haus of Tech, and the long-awaited TOA Night with art and music at its core.

Senior Sales Manager oversees the entire sales and implementation process (from idea generation to partnership performance evaluation and feedback incorporation) - a continuous process, focused on three key factors:
Partner satisfaction & growth;
Nurturing existing partner relationships;
Outreaching on different channels;
Representing TOA at conferences and events;
Generating new leads;
Building pipeline and pushing leads through;
Achieving maximum value for TOA and partners;
Building long-lasting relationships for multi-year partnerships;
Ensuring execution on packages and smooth transition of partners to account management
Delivering on targets;
Ensuring communication with Director of Sales and managing flows;
Training junior sales team members;
On-site relationship nurturing of partners relations during TOA conference;
Post-TOA follow-ups and grow partnership for following year
At least 5 years in sales;
Pragmatic but know how to hustle;
Knowledgeable, experienced and interested in the tech and startup ecosystem to quickly react to the latest market, geography and trend shifts;
With a strong network of clients and connections who would be interested in creating meaningful tech experiences on a long-term basis;
Natural negotiator and can come up with creative solutions when needed;
Great communication skills and know how to use them to deliver your vision for mutually beneficial deals;
Detail-oriented and are able to consistently perform under pressure in a fast paced paced startup environment.
