Tech Open Air is Europe’s leading interdisciplinary technology festival. Our mission is to connect, grow and inspire the human spirit through knowledge exchange and collaboration on the intersections of tech, music, art and science. By bringing together technological change-makers with other disciplines, we help the disrupted better anticipate the future and the technologists better understand the world they change.

 

With 200 international speakers, 200 satellite events, Haus of Tech exhibition hall and over 20k attendees TOA18 was our biggest edition so far. Now we would like you to join us and help us grow even further. Join us for one hell of a ride.

 

TOA Satellites Team Intern

As an intern at TOA this summer, you will be assisting the Satellite team. TOA Satellite Events allows the wider community to take over the festival and transform the city into an interactive hub for unique events that fuel inspiring experiences long lasting connections, valuable context and expertise. 

 

This will be a full-time, fixed position from 3rd June - 12th July (Dates flexible)

 

 

 

Requirements

Your Role

 

The Satellites intern will be supporting the Satellite Project Manager in all elements of program organisation, website and app listings, ticketing and marketing.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the program being listed on the TOA website

  • Setting up new events on the ticketing platform

  • Collecting assets required for marketing (newsletter and social media)

  • Preparing and co-ordinating goodie bags and printed marketing material for events
