As our Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading commercial planning and business strategy, business development, commercial operations and planning of TOA’s year-to-year revenue across TOA’s multi-locations and multi-products.

Lead the commercial strategy and implementation in expanding our revenue growth for TOA’s products (festival, WorldTour, TOA.life etc).
Create and lead the processes and workflows of the market research necessary for TOA’s commercial growth.
Recruit and manage TOA’s sales team making sure they are devoted, mentored, supported and challenged.
Support other key roles in content, marketing, production teams with various levels of experience in best practices in terms of team, strategy, sales, product management and development.
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial strategy, planning and execution roles leading sales team(s); managing remote team(s) would be a plus.
You have experience in entering new markets, positioning a brand, and developing new commercial and marketing products based on channels like customer acquisition and commercial impact optimisation.
You have experience in managing the creative tension across key roles in leadership to reach the overall strategy and purpose of the company.
You have knowledge, experience and interest in the tech and startup ecosystem to quickly react to the latest market, geography and trend shifts.
You have a strong network of clients and connections who would be interested in creating meaningful tech experiences on the term basis.
You have complete command of German and English language.
You are willing to work on contract basis.
