We’ve just delivered our 7th festival edition in June 2018 for 21,000 attendees with 100+ Satellite events from across Berlin city, and our Conference covering 6 stages, 24 themes, 10 formats, 100+ Exhibitors at the Haus of Tech, and the long-awaited TOA Night with art and music at its core.

Your main responsibilities will be to carry out analysis for the team, visualize data and create data dashboards.
Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for analysis insight to inform their decision-making;
Understand and report to the team and senior management on business performance;
Bring consistency to online reporting. Create informative dashboards and recurring reports;
Monitor and look for ways to improve and streamline reporting, including automation;
Work with other teams to integrate online data with other channels, to allow comprehensive business insight across multiple channels;
Take a proactive approach to data, identifying trends, opportunities and actionable insights;
Ideal candidate would have previous experience with CRM databases such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Webhook tools such as Zapier.
